How to Sign in to Bitlevex

Sign in to Bitlevex [PC Web]

To start with, it is really easy to log into your Bitlevex account through PC Web. In order to do this, you need to follow these steps:

1.     Go to Bitlevex Website.
2.     Click on “Sign in” button.
3.     Enter your E-mail and Password.
4.     Click on “Sign In” button.
5.     If you forgot password click on “Forgot password?”.

Enter your E-mail and Password that you registered to log into your account and click on the “Sign In”.

That’s it, you just logged in your Bitlevex account successfully.

Sign in to Bitlevex [Mobile Web]

It is also easy to log into your Bitlevex account through mobile Web. In order to do this, you need to follow these steps:

1.     Go to Bitlevex Website.
2.     Click on “Sign in” button.
3.     Enter your E-mail and Password.
4.     Click on “Sign In” button.
5.     If you forgot password click on “Forgot password?”.

Enter your Username and Password that you registered to log into your account and click on the “Sign In”.

That’s it, you just logged in your Bitlevex account successfully.

Forgot Bitlevex Password

Don’t worry if you can’t log into the platform, you might just be entering the wrong password. You can come up with a new one.

To do that, click on the "Forgot password?".

In the new window, enter the E-mail you used during sign-up and click the "Submit" button.

You’ll get an email with a link to change your password right away.

The most difficult part is over, we promise! Now just go to your inbox, open the email, and follow the link indicated in this email to complete your recovery password.

The link from the email will lead you to a special section on the Bitlevex website. Enter your new password here and click "Submit" button.

Thats it! Now you can log into the Bitlevex platform using your username and new password.
 

How to Withdraw from Bitlevex
 

Withdraw funds from your Bitlevex wallet

1. Hover your mouse on the top right side of your screen and press "Transactions" or  press "Profile" and press "Wallet".

2. Choose Withdraw

3. Enter your personal Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address where you want your withdrawal to be sent. 

• When youre withdrawing money in BTC, the calculation will be automatic from $ to BTC amount. The process is manual and can take from 1 up to 72 hours. 
• Additionally, a 5% withdrawal fee will be taken from your account, to cover the withdrawal fees.

Additional fees regarding withdrawal

If BITLEVEX service is being used as a cryptocurrency exchange, BITLEVEX will process the payment manually, rejecting the previous request, and make a new transaction with a 15% fee included in the payment. For example, A client makes a deposit, conducts no trading activity, and requests a withdrawal. The client will be subjected to additional fees, that have to be paid from the amount requested to be withdrawn. The withdrawal will be paid to the same address, that has been specified on the withdrawal request time. Please contact support if you want to use the service like this.
